3. Create transparent feedback loops
Encourage teams to question AI outputs, report anomalies, and contribute real-world feedback to model improvement. Transparency must flow in both directions — between the AI systems and the people who manage them.
4. Align with international standards and frameworks
Adopt recognized governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, and the EU AI Act requirements for oversight, transparency, and accountability. These provide a clear foundation for operationalizing responsible AI practices.
